Website Terms and Conditions

  • CUSTOMS DUTY FOR THE SHIPMENT SENT FROM THAILAND is not included in the order price. The buyer needs to assist with the customs clearance and pay these charges separately.
  • Extra Remote surcharge for some address if the parcel is not sent by the post office. You need to accept the extra fee in your local.
  • The item will be only shipped to the address on your order. Please make sure the address on your order is correct.
  • We ship by DHL Express service. The delivery takes 1 week. (not warranty delivery time depend on DHL service.)
  • Please, check the goods imported into your country without incurring customs duty such as

    • The goods imported to the US the value, not over $1000.

    • The goods imported to Thailand the value, not over $33 by post and $1000 ( Goods intended for your own personal use.)

  • No refund policy. The policy does not allow refunds or returns.
    • All purchases are final. under an “All Sales Final” policy. No returns or exchanges will be honored for sale products non-refundable.

Payment method

We accept payment 2 ways.

  1.  MoneyGram Global Money Transfer Services.( No fee trade online )
    This payment should be made strictly within 48 hours (2 days) after an order notification is sent to your email address. If payment is not made and confirmed within 48 hours (2 days), your order will automatically expire.
    We recommend that you confirm payment for your order especially if it originated from a bank account NOT under the name on the order.
  2. PayPal online payment by credit card. ( Fees +4.7% )
    Confirmation of your payment is not required for orders paid using PayPal or credit card.
Shipping & Delivery
  • All orders are sent from our distribution center in Thailand and will be dispatched within 2-3 business days after your payment.
  • April has a lead time of a week before shipping. Because it’s a national holiday in Thailand (Songkran festival: April 11-15, every year). You can make the order and payment with PayPal normally, all of the orders we will be shipping on April 19, 2022, by DHL Express. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • The international orders will be delivered via DHL Express. Delivery rates and times will vary depending on your shipping address.
  • Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the public holidays and weekends will be processed the following business day.
  • If the product has been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately within 1-2 days of receiving the item and take a photo of the damaged product to alert us of the damage, and contact us at.

    • We will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims.
    • There are certain situations non-returnable. If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, or opened.
    • Then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Shipping to return your product. you should contact us prior to shipping the item.
    • If shipping an item over $75. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    • We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect or transit.
    • For return must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
Lost or stolen packages :
  • eng.aljeeremoval.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, DHL will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Tracking your order :
  • To track your order, please enter your waybill number from DHL. You can find your Waybill number in the confirmation email sent to the e-mail address you provided after your payment. ( The Waybill number from DHL will be sent to you by e-mail in 24 hr. )

  • Tracking your order will provide you with the latest status of your order processing. If you would like to track the status of the delivery,  please go to at https://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.html
Non-returnable items:
  • If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the return of the product.
  • The products that are opened or used will not be accepted for exchange or return.
Refund & return & Exchange :
  • All orders will not be accepted for refund.
  • No refund policy. The policy does not allow refunds or returns.
  • All purchases are final. under an “All Sales Final” policy. No returns or exchanges will be honored for sale products non-refundable.

These policies state that refunds and returns are not possible. meaning once a customer buys a product, they have no remedy to return it for a replacement or refund under an All Sales Final policy, customers have no remedies if they change their mind or find it does not fit their purposes.

Relevant laws: U.S.
All Sales Final policies are not prohibited under federal or any state law. As long as the policy is clear and in writing, retailers do not have to issue a return or refund.
